Sunday School

Sunday School meets from 10:15-11:15 a.m., September through May, in the church basement.

Sunday School classes are taught for children ages 3 through sixth-grade.

Each year, the Sunday School presents Bibles to third-graders. In 2017, third-grade Bibles were presented on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 28-29.

First communion is celebrated in fifth-grade.

Once a month, children participate in Sunday worship by singing and reading lessons.

Finally, a highlight of the year is the annual Sunday School Christmas Program. It’s a longtime tradition  at St. Paul’s Liberty, with hand-made costumes and some special antique props, like rolling sheep, that have been used for many generations. The 2017 Christmas Program is  at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16.
